My fellow Canadians. I heard a song by this band for the first time over a year ago, and it was a very new style for me. I wasn't sure about it. Now. I am realizing this is what I have been craving, recently!

Vocals

Nice, deep vocal; drawn out at times, and picks up the pace at others.

Music

I like how it starts with that drum roll, and then showcases the guitar. The speed and variety in this song keeps my attention. The middle section made sense to me. I like when a band has to stay on their toes to keep the proper time.

Lyrics

I don't completely understand what is going on in this song, but it sounds like the goal is to be the autonomous mind, to step out and do something different. The "something" has never been done before, and there is question of if it can be. In a sense, mixed into this hopeless sounding thought process, there is actually hope in the unknown.
